Founded in 1984, we are an Italian artisan producer of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and Gourmet Specialties such as Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Pearls. It all began 3 generations ago, when our family started ageing the so-called “black gold” in precious wooden barrels. Little by little, we transformed our family inheritance into our business always having special consideration for the promotion and saveguard of local food specialties.
For all our products in fact, we use only Italian grapes without adding additives nor caramel. In particular, the high quality of our different kinds of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is guaranteed by a high percentage of cooked grape must and a long refining period in small barrels made of different wood types.
Currently, we operates in Europe, US and Asia by working with fine food top distributors in Ho.Re.Ca and Retail channels. Our main clients are Executive Chefs of International top rated restaurants and renowned international Gourmet Foods Departments who have chosen us for their private labels.
