Colonnara Marchedoc
Colonnara-Marchedoc is a winery producing wines and sparklings from Le Marche region in Italy; we are located in the middle of the Verdicchio area and we are famous for producing sparklings by Verdicchio grape both Metodo classico and Martinotti-Charmat . Our Metodo classico riserva vintage 2006 “Ubaldo Rosi” was the first and only sparkling ever in the Marche region to receive the “3 bicchieri “from Gambero rosso plus many other awards. Alongside our sparkling tradition we are also producing Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, of which our classico superiore “Cuprese”, is the most typical and long living expression. Beside Verdicchio we also produce Lacrima, rosso piceno, rosso conero, Pecorino, Passerina and Bianchello. Recently  we merged with another cellar from the nearby Pesaro area forming the Marchedoc consortium. Moreover we are also the first company in Italy to produce a “zero alcohol sparkling grape juice” with organic certification
