Cantina Baldassarri

Azienda Agricola Baldassarri today is composed of a splendid and modern Winery in the municipality of Collazzone, and the Vineyards, about 30 hectares between property and rent.
The Baldassarri Family, assisted by a staff of first-rate agronomists and oenologists, immediately based their production on a a selection of local wines which reflect the territory and above all in line with the consumer's tastes.
The production is in fact characterized by the presence mostly of mono-varietal wines, in order to privilege and enhance the olfactory register of the individual varieties.
The wine that has given the company the most prestige is undoubtedly the Grechetto "Golden Bow", a new and at the same time traditional interpretation of the Umbrian variety, an aromatic blend of exotic fruits and fermentative aromas that surprises at every taste.
