Brazzale family has been in the cheese and butter industry since 1784: an uninterrupted family tradition which has been running for 8 generations.
The company produces the popular Gran Moravia, a typical aged cheese, crafted using traditional methods and copper kettles in the wonderful Moravia region, and long-aged in Italy. The richness of the Czech milk gives Gran Moravia a mild but intense taste and a creamier texture.  It is wisely priced, suitable for vegetarians and certified HALAL.
In addition, Brazzale offers a wide range of butter and many other greatly admired and often name-protected Italian cheeses: mild and sharp provolone, white and smoked scamorza, mozzarella, Asiago PDO, Verena and many other traditional Italian cheeses.
