MALVASIA COLLI APRUTINI IGT 2018

Grapes: 100 % Malvasia
Alcohol content: 14% vol.

Harvest: Exclusively manual, around the middle of September
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested in boxes and placed in cell cooling for 48 hours, then are softly pressed and immediately protected from oxidation by the addition of corbon dioxide
Maceration and Pressing: Before the soft pressing, the must stays in contact with the skins about 30 minutes. This allows to extract part of the tannins that contribute to the full-bodied wine

Colour: Straw yellow, with golden shades.
Bouquet: Rich, intense and complex aroma with cedar notes, orange blossom and ripe apricot hints.
Taste: Intense, gives the palate an original freshness and a good flavour, with a pleasantly final dry taste

Pairing: Delicate appetizers and saffron risotto, curry chicken, fresh and blue cheeses
