Winemaking technique:
Produced with selected grapes, de-stemmed and soft pressed before alcoholic fermentation at 16 °C with inoculated yeasts.
The next step is ageing in stainless steel on fine lees for about six months.
Must clarification by flotation.

Sensory profile:
Brilliant cherry pink. Cherry and rose on the nose, with a touch of vanilla.
Fresh and tangy on the palate, with good texture.

Exquisite, sensual, refined.
Regales the nose with the fresh, tempting thrill of forest floor, ushering in zesty length on the palate.

Food match: The perfect partner for fish brodetto and other steamed seafood recipes; a good choice to serve with cured meat platters, stewed white meats, and medium-ripe cheeses.
