The history of Salumificio Val Rendena began on January 3, 1947 with a small butcher's and milk shop opened by the Gasperi brothers. Today the company still produces the cured meats with which it was born as fresh and seasoned salami, lard and rolled bacon and over time it has also specialized in the production of speck, carne salada and many other products of the Trentino tradition. Carne Salada, eaten both raw and cooked, is one of the oldest products in the history of Trentino and is perfect for who wants to stay fit with taste.
