The precious mixture is made from wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil grade.
Flavor: rosemary with a pleasant taste influenced by extra virgin olive oil and light aromatic taste of thyme that enhaces the smell.
The mixture characterized by the absence of additives, with long yeasts and "PRESAL®" iodised salt. The product is subjected to slow cooking at a variable tempertaure.
