-----

Pasticceria Quadrifoglio was founded in 1978 by Canali family in a little city of Modena.
It took not a long time since the Company became famous among the local restaurant as a high-quality dessert supplier.

In 1985 the company moved to Piaumazzo, one of the actual plants.
Quadrifoglio expanded the business, and in the early '90 an intuition came out. Sorbissimo was a truly new product: neither an ice cream nor a drink, simply a ready-to-drink dessert in a bottle. The new idea was not only successful in restaurants, but also found a place in supermarkets.

With the new millennium, Quadrifoglio adquired Gelostar - its main competitor - and obtain the BRC/IFS certifications.

Alongside these changes, Pasticceria Quadrifoglio reorganised and refurbished its production processes, with an eye on foreign markets. The products arrived in Spain and France in 2008, and in subsequent years penetrated the UK, Germany and Austria, before crossing the oceans to Australia, Japan and the United States.

In 2012 there was another cause for satisfaction: the family tradition continued, with the second generation entering the firm.

In 2015 production began on new chilled desserts following in-depth research into the market and the competition: artisan production at the service of the chilled retail sector.

In 2019 Quadrifoglio became part of Emmi Italia, now we aim to reach even more ambitious goals

Strong motivation, sense of belonging, pride for job are the feeling which lead Quadrifoglio, today as yesterday.
