Located in the Nebrodi Park district, in Santa Domenica Vittoria, the Nebrolat dairy has been operating for more than 10 years in the production of typical Sicilian cheeses. Our cheeses are the result of an artisan processing of milk from sheep and cattle farms, fed on natural pastures and with selected hays. The use of different aromas makes our sheep / goat cheeses unique and unmistakable products.
Nebrolat combines tradition and innovation by leveraging a quality control system. Daily chemical-physical and microbiological checks on incoming raw materials and finished products are performed by our internal laboratory. These checks are subsequently verified by our external, qualified and accredited laboratory. The Nebrolat company is certified according to the IFS European standards, High level degree, just to guarantee its customers high quality levels.
