The beginnings of Jamones González date back to 1923. Since then, we have been growing, remaining faithful to the tradition passed down from generation to generation, with the intention of preserving the philosophy instilled by our founder Manuel González Pérez, this being the only way to elaborate products with the highest quality and differentiation possible.
