Extra Virgin Olive Oil, anise, sesame seeds, cinnamon, orange... We only use ingredients that are part of the Mediterranean Diet so that the products we create are healthy and well-balanced.
After more than a century of production, every single Torta is still carefully shaped by hand. They are then baked in the oven to give them their unmistakeable crispy, light, and fl aky texture.
Inés Rosales Tortas have been packaged the same way ever since 1910, with each one individually wrapped in its characteristic wax paper so that they keep better, and which is also an essential part of the ‘Inés Rosales Experience’.
