We work with fresh product fished in Mediterranean sea and Atlantic Ocean. Our canned goods are prepared in an entirely artisan process and are chemical free. The fish are skinned and later canned entirely by hand in order to retain their organoleptic properties.

Mackerel is endorsed by the Regulatory Board for the Protected Geographical Indications (PGIs). This means that there is subject to the guidelines of strict rules and regulations that rigorously monitor not only the raw material (Scomber Japonicus and Scomber Colias), but also the manufacturing process. Our products have the Certified Quality seal of the Autonomous Government of Andalusia.
