“Saecula” is a monocultivar which comes from our secular olive groves. It speaks of the history of these ancient volcanic lands, and of the men who have cared for and enjoyed these olives over centuries past. Robust and full bodied, its fresh herbaceousness with hints of artichoke and chicory, are well balanced with rotund bitterness and pungency.
