How we make bread
A controlled supply chain, from the choice of grinders to the selection of suppliers: each production and packaging step is strictly monitored, to be in line with the standards required by the sector.
The recipe has been the same for thirty years: hand-made dough, slow leavening and baking. Plus, a secret ingredient: a bit of innovation.
