The Gilli company is a family-run company based in Bolzano, operating in the food industry for three generations now.
A modern structure, a state-of-the-art EDP system and an innovative logistics guarantee a management of the goods in compliance with market demands and the law, making us a reliable partner. Thanks to the company dimensions and to a qualified team, composed of 32 internal and external collaborators, we are able to satisfy each customer's specific requests at any time.

Today, Gilli is present throughout the national territory, collaborating with the modern Italian GDO.
Our goal is to be an innovative partner for the supply of bakery products and selected, genuine and qualitatively excellent specialties, prepared with great passion based on ancient recipes.
