We are a company born in 1976 whit a simple take away pizzeria, then we start with a small laboratory and then we expand it up to begin a great 4000 m² establishment.
Nowadays we produce Bases for Conventional Pizza, Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy, Kosher and other ways...
We work especially in Private Label, but we also have two our marks: ELISA-FOOD for the conventional and LE BONTA' DI EDO about the Gluten Free.
We can do food in ambient temperature, chilled or frozen types.
We collaborate with GDO, HO.RE.CA., DO, retails, pharmacies and specialized shop in Italy and mostly abroad.
We enjoy to develop new progects and ideas such us our vegetables dough we use to make based plant bases and pizzas.
We are working on HIGH-PROTEIN bases, PLANT based Bases and SUPER-FOOD bases
