DiniCaffè is a small family-run artisan coffee-roaster in the heart of the historic center of Florence, founded in 1939 by Alberto Dini and now led by the third generation of the family.
DiniCaffè tells an Italian story of excellence, based on 3 fundamental pillars:
- TRADITION: over 80 years of experience handed down from generation to generation
- QUALITY: careful selection of only the best raw materials; separate daily roasting of each origin; air cooling; total traceability of products
- CERTIFICATION: we are one of the founders of the Special Certified Coffee Association (CSC - https://www.caffespeciali.it/en/), a consortium aimed at selecting the quality of the coffee and its total traceability, from the plant to the cup.
