Fermentation in waterfall. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and following our own particular system of successive fermentations (in waterfall).


Tasting note

Currant colour. Fresh and complex aroma (fruit salad). In the mouth, it is broad, well-structured and full of nuances of a variety of fruit and sweets.
