BURRATA

Burrata is a fresh Italian spun paste cheese with a soft heart of cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains handmade torn pieces of mozzarella (stracciatella) and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture and a milky taste. It is a specialty typical of Apulian master cheese maker tradition.
