Born in 2015, La Daria is the new face of the Andriese cheese factory, a family-run reality that has been active for over 25 years in the dairy industry.Under the guidance of Francesco Addario,in 1998 the Addario Family chooses to become the creator of the products from herself marketed.This is how the Andriese cheese factory, a brand of excellence in mozzarella, burrata, stracciatelle, provola and scamorze. Typical Apulian products, appreciated on tables throughout Italy.The family grows like the market. The three sons of Francesco: Vincenzo, Gianluca and Antonio, joined the company since they were young, proving their production and entrepreneurial experience. With the entire Andriese family the dairy farm grows rapidly: production times are accelerated with state-of-the-art solutions and the logistics system is strengthened. This is without a doubt the quality and genuineness of the product.
