It is advisable to decant the wine at least 1 hour before consumption and let it breathe
Vinification: the fresh must is transferred from a hopper into stainless steel fermentation tanks at controlled
temperature where it remains in contact with the skins until the end of the first fermentation (20 days) during
which the cap is daily wet by pumping over. At the end of the primary fermentation, the wine is separated from
the skins and after crushing with a soft press it is put back into stainless steel barrels in which it remains until
the completion of the malolactic fermentation
Appearance: Ruby red with purple nuances tending to garnet if is aged
