For over 15 years Eraldo Dentici and his father have been carrying on a long wine-growing tradition handed down from generation to generation, carefully working the land of their fathers. The daily commitment to processing and the passion for viticulture have therefore made it possible to realize their dream: to create a small winery where time has stopped and past traditions are wisely mixed with technological innovation.
All stages of production are followed directly by the family - from pruning to harvesting, from vinification to bottling - to try to enhance the properties of the fruit and obtain wines of the highest quality.
