A combination of local grapes, tradition, low yields, dry farming, fermentation and ageing in oak barrels, soul and time.  Very special wines of limited production, elaborated with grapes coming from our oldest organic vineyards planted in the heart of the Park Hoces del Cabriel (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE).
