Grapes: Sagrantino
Grape harvest: hand picking during the 2nd and 3rd ten days of October
Ageing: stainless steel vat, cask and glass for 5 years
Ageing potential: over 15 years
Alcohol content: 15% alc./vol.
Serving temperature: 18° - 20° C

Appearance: very deep ruby red, impenetrable by light, dense.
Nose: well-developed: from bramble jelly, varietal expression of Sagrantino, to black pepper, through vegetal facets, notes of cocoa, coffee, balsamic hints, pipe tobacco.
Palate: you can feel the strength of this wine, freshness is remarkable, and tannin is standing ready to face a long ageing. Soft, like all the wines of the company, it has a sweet finish and an unforgettable length.
Pairing:structured dishes, red meat, game. Drink it alone to meditate.
