Vegan cheese and gelato, gluten free flour, lactose free biscuits and cakes – these are just a few of the many free-from products that will be displayed on the stands of Bellavita Expo Amsterdam from 8 to 10 January 2018. Dutch consumers are increasingly looking for clean labels and healthy products without giving up taste – a great opportunity for those producers who have chosen to branch into this market.
