The industry of plant-based cheese is predicted to be worth $3.5 billion by 2023 and it is one of the biggest vegan trends right now. Euro Company, one of the largest nut processing companies in Italy, will present at Bellavita Expo Amsterdam 2018 a brand new vegan cheese called Cicioni . Made with fermented nuts and only a few other ingredients (almonds, cashews, water, salt and enzymes), it is also free from gluten, sugar, additives and preservatives. Cicioni recently won an award for best organic food product at Natural & Organic Products Europre (NOPE) in London.
