Since 1957, Caseificio Palazzo produces high quality cheese under the Murgella brand. For three generations the Palazzo family has selected only the best raw materials from the Puglia region, producing fresh and mature cheese that embody the region’s famous culinary traditions.

Made with locally sourced milk and traditional methods such as curd formation through natural whey starter culture, most of Caseificio Palazzo products are fully vegetarian and halal. Ongoing innovation , additional organic lines and new quality certifications have enabled the brand to build from its long-standing history and tradition, creating a line of products that is now enjoyed all around the world.

From mozzarella to scamorza, from burrata to stracciatella, from caciocavallo silano PDO to cacioricotta, the range of cheeses Murgella is the result of the direct relation between the Apulian land , the culinary culture of the region and the Palazzo family’s history.
