From 25 to 27 February 2018, Bellavita Expo returns to Toronto in partnership with RC Show , an important date for Italian export in North America. With 1,2 billion Canadian dollars’ worth of Italian food and beverage imported in 2017, Canada is a key area for Italian trade. In addition, the introduction of CETA (Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement) will remove 98% of duties and a higher level of protection will be guaranteed for 42 Italian Dop and Igp certifications , an important step towards the fight against Made in Italy counterfeits (Italian sounding).
