UNDERAGE ADMISSION POLICY

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18

Children under 18 are allowed to attend the show provided they are regularly registered and as long as they are accompanied by an adult who can supervise them at all times.

PUSHCHAIRS

Pushchairs are strictly not allowed inside the venue, but a cloakroom is provided onsite at a surcharge.

COVID POLICY

INTRODUCTION

Bellavita Expo Ltd holds the health and safety of any one attending their events as a priority. Using the ‘All Secure Standard’ issued by the EIA (Event Industry Alliance) and approved by DCMS in response to COVID-19, it outlines he implementation of enhanced measures that will provide reassurance to our audience and confidence that our events are safe. Measures are broken down into four key areas outlined below.

DISTANCING

The show has been designed to ensure logical visitor movement although social distancing is not required.

Registration is designed to be contactless where possible to reduce contact points.

CLEANING & HYGIENE

There is an increased cleaning regime in place with special focus on high contact areas.

The venue is fitted with Fresh Air circulation system.

The venue supply hand sanitiser stations at entrances and high-risk areas which are checked and refilled as needed.

PROTECT & DETECT

One every four visitors may be asked to meet either of the following criteria:

  • Lateral Flow Test took within 48 hours before attending;
  • Double Vaccination with the second dose received at least 14 days before attending.

Lateral Flow Test can be provided onsite.

Whilst masks are not mandatory in the venue, we kindly recommend to wear one when necessary, unless exempt.

All information has been provided to the Exhibitors via the Exhibitor Manual sent by email prior to the show.
