A product that contains all the flavour of the Mediterranean, made with the combination of dried tomatoes, oregano and capers. The tomatoes are selected from the Apulian lands, sun-dried and then crushed with the rest of the ingredients and combined with our Apulian gold: extra virgin olive oil. The result is a soft cream to spread or condiment for any dish, and the taste and simplicity of this product allows a versatile use as a dressing for bruschetta to support sauces.
