Parmigiano Reggiano Prodotto di Montagna 40 months of seasoning

The smell is intense with a prevalence of the note of butter; of slightly lower intensity
there are notes of dried fruit, rind and boiled vegetables. When tasting, the product is characterized
mainly for the aromas of butter and meat broth, followed by notes of fruit
dried and nutmeg. The cheese is sweeter than salty, slightly bitter and spicy.
Also excellent as a fine meal paired with jams, honey and mustards.
