Our whole black olives are from the region of Aragón. These olives are medium size, with a tender texture. They are naturally black colored due to its fully ripening on the tree. They are not chemically treated or oxidized. 

The olives have a traditional black olive flavour and are not marinated. They have a smoothly sweet, strong, intense oily flavor and a smoothly spicy final taste. This unique flavour allows you to savour the real taste of natural black olives from Aragon.
