WHO’S AT BELLAVITA LONDON 2016?

This year’s Bellavita Expo London features an array of special guests including Francesco Mazzei, Chef Patron at Sartoria; Aldo Zilli, celebrity chef & restaurateur; Theo Randall, Head Chef at Theo Randall, The InterContinental, and also awarded with a Michelin star at his previous post at London’s River Café, as well as Gennaro Contaldo, TV personality, chef & restaurateur and Carmelo Carnevale, executive chef at Aman resorts. World-renowned Italian chef Francesco Mazzei has long been considered one of London’s best chefs. Born and raised in Calabria – the toe of Italy’s boot – Mazzei is famous not just for putting southern Italian food on the map, but for bringing the best of Italy to Britain through his incredible attention to detail and unrelenting passion for high quality ingredients.

An award-winning chef and restaurateur who specialises in Italian cuisine (particularly seafood and vegetarian dishes), Aldo Zilli hails from the small Italian region of Abruzzo but was one of the first to introduce authentic Italian food to London in the ‘70s.Bellavita London 2016
Inspired by the trattorias and rustic wood-fired pizzas of his childhood trips to Italy, British-born Theo Randall has developed a lifelong passion for Italian food. He’s well-known for favouring the individual flavour of well-sourced, quality ingredients over complex techniques.
