Salumificio Leoni started in 1960 from a small family-run workshop, making hams generation after generation following ancient traditions. Today, the company is present in several international markets such as Germany, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Spain and Switzerland, where it exports fine quality hams and cooked meats.
All Salumificio Leoni’s meats are made respecting the natural timings of meat’s aging process, which guarantee a unique aroma and flavour. At Bellavita Amsterdam 2018, Salumificio Leoni will present their Cooked Ham with Rosemary – one of their bestsellers, ideal for deli and supermarket counters and restaurants.
“Our production choices start from the careful selection of the raw materials, the slow aging process, the careful control of each stage of production and the use of natural and fresh ingredients” says Lorenzo Leoni, owner of the company and director of production. “We firmly believe that people have the right to eat well, which is why we prepare each of our products with great passion and artisan care.”
