Un ripieno “sgranato” di verdure miste stufate
nell’olio extra vergine di oliva e pesce: gamberetti
e branzino leggermente scottati in olio EVO e macinati
grossolanamente. Armatizzato con aneto e
avvolto in Sfoglia Tradizionale Emiliana. Un piatto
molto ricco e sontuoso.

A singular filling of mixed vegetables stewed in extra-
virgin olive oil and fish: seabass and shrimps,
lightly cooked in extra-virgin olive oil. Everything
should be roughly minced and brought together
with the addition of dill. A rich and scrumptious recipe.
