Bellavita Amsterdam is the leading trade show dedicated to promoting Italian Food & Beverage in the Benelux countries.
Proudly organised by the two major Italian trade fairs - Cibus Parma and TuttoFood Milano - together with Bellavita Expo, it takes place as part of HORECAVA in the Hall 13 of RAI Amsterdam exclusively on 8, 9 and 10 January 2024

All HORECAVA visitors can access the hall, included in the ticket. This is a unique opportunity to discover around 100 Italian Food & Beverage brands, from artisanal producers to market-leading companies, all under one roof.

Exhibitors will proudly showcase over 1,000 products, ready to enter the Dutch and Benelux markets, meeting the requests of buyers and professionals in both the hospitality and retail sectors. Among the extensive range of exhibited products are pizza and bakery items made with the finest flours, pasta, extra virgin olive oil, coffee, truffles, salami, cheese, sauces, as well as niche products like edible gold.

In addition to the extensive array of high-quality products, visitors will have the opportunity to attend various masterclasses, cooking demonstrations and tastings at the Bellavita Food & Wine Academy. This is made possible through collaboration with wine expert Janna Rijpma-Meppelink, a board member of FIJEV (International Federation of Wine Journalists and Writers), as well as with the Federazione Italiana Cuochi (Italian Association of Professional Chefs) in the Netherlands, with President Mario Loina serving as the Bellavita Resident Chef. The academy will introduce some of the most influential chefs in the Netherlands, covering topics such as Italian sweet and savory breakfasts, modern aperitivo, pasta, the art of serving, and food and wine pairings.

Highlighting the Bellavita Food & Wine Academy is the presence of Michelin-starred chef Tim Golsteijn, the Executive Chef of Restaurant Bougainville in Amsterdam. Renowned for his culinary expertise and innovative approach, Chef Tim will deliver a captivating culinary spectacle on 9 January for all attending visitors. On the wine front, Anjo de Bont, owner and sommelier of the Michelin-starred restaurant De Moerbei in Warmond and the proud recipient of the prestigious SVH Meester title, will lead an unmissable wine tasting, exploring the rich diversity of Italian grapes.

Furthermore, the Bellavita Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Tasting Lab, led by professional oil taster Francesca De Ritis, will provide guests with tastings and matching advice for selecting the right olive oil in two unmissable tasting sessions. Additionally, the Bellavita Pizza Academy, sponsored by Italy's flour masters Molino Scoppettuolo, will host ongoing demos, tastings, and business insights related to authentic Italian and Neapolitan pizza.

Finally, during the three-day event, a selection of exhibited products will be tasted and evaluated by a panel of over 200 VIP jury members of the highly-anticipated Bellavita Awards competition, chosen from the most influential players in the Benelux F&B market. The products with the highest scores will be awarded on stage in the presence of local institutions.

To solidify its position as the hub of Italian F&B excellence in the Benelux countries, the Awards are organised in cooperation with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), the Institutional Partner of the event, which will also host a Business Lounge for all professionals seeking a place to conduct their business.

The visit to Bellavita in Hall 13 is already included with every Horecava ticket and is worth attending for all Horecava visitors, including Food, Wine & Beverage professionals looking for innovative products to capture consumer attention and boost sales. Buon appetito!
